•	Extend support and assistance as HOTECC may require negotiating with other parties .

• Ensure the turnover and cost targets as proposed by management, Full responsibility for country P&L
• Formulate the strategy in a business plan and achieve targets set by the management.
• Analyzing the need for investment, according to market studies, and submit proposals to the 
management. , Increase the company’s product offering and the customer database by adding new customers in the 
country.
• Maximize sales and ensure customer focus is always prioritized.
• Develop a Business Plan covering sales, revenue, expenses, targets, developments, etc.
• Prepare and maintain quotations, orders status, market and customers’ analysis, monthly sales 
reports and any other reports as required.
