Elzbieta Saczuk is a seasoned professional who holds extensive experience in the legal industry, particularly in taxation law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate structuring. She earned her law degree from the University of Toronto, where she graduated with honours. She then went on to obtain her Master of Law and Taxation from Osgoode Hall Law School.

During her career, she has worked with some of the most prestigious law firms in Canada, including Miller Thomson LLP and Wildeboer Dellelce LLP, where she specialized in corporate tax planning and structuring. Elzbieta also has experience in international tax law after working abroad in Poland for several years, where she developed expertise in cross-border tax matters.

Currently, Elzbieta Saczuk serves as a Senior Counsel at Rockcliff Counsels, a Toronto-based legal firm specializing in taxation, estate planning, and corporate structuring. Here, she continues to provide her clients with advice on various taxation matters and assists them in navigating the complex tax laws.

Elzbieta is also an active member of several legal associations, including the Canadian Tax Foundation and the International Fiscal Association. She regularly participates in seminars and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the legal industry.
