Outreach and Operations Associate

Recruit prospective Schwarzman Scholars applicants and organize U.S./Global selection and outreach event strategy. Highlights include: 
- developing and implementing a robust virtual outreach strategy in Spring 2020 resulting in over 40 virtual events that incorporated 200+ alumni with an overall reach of over 10,000+ attendees
- transposing the 2020 U.S./Global Admissions in-person semifinalist interview process for 200+ Interview Candidates to the virtual space by engineering 12 concurrent virtual "interview rooms" comprised of Candidates and high-level Interview Chairs and Interviewers
- Slate by Technolutions CRM development and implementation

Admissions Outreach and Events Officer

Penn AHEAD Graduate Research Assistant

Recruit, evaluate, and advocate for prospective high school students in the undergraduate admissions process. Promote yield initiatives to encourage matriculation for admitted students in the spring.
Secondary responsibilities include: Arts and Humanities Open House coordinator, Duke Alumni Affairs liaison, in-house publications designer, staff retreat coordinator, @DiscoverDuke interim social media handler.

Assistant Director Of Undergraduate Admissions

Design all mailings and print materials for Duke Children’s annual gala, Teddy Bear Ball, the largest in the NC Triangle area. Produce biweekly elevator flyers for patients and featured Patient Stories articles.
Served as the 2012 Jim Valvano Kids Klassic silent auction procurement point person.
