Elyse Michaels Berger

Elyse Michaels-Berger is an accomplished Executive Coach and Learning Development director with a strong background in managing international teams and creating impactful learning opportunities.

She is highly skilled in pedagogy, international partnership development, leadership, career and academic coaching, cross-cultural adaptation, business planning, budget management, fundraising, alumni networks, marketing, admissions, communication, and recruiting strategies.

Elyse is the Founder and Director of the HEC Paris Youth Leadership Initiative and the HEC Paris INSPIRE Youth Forum, specializing in youth leadership development and conducting personal development and coaching programs in English and French for various entities.

Her educational background includes a BA from Princeton University, an MA in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, an Exchange program in Business at Università Bocconi, an MBA in Communications and Management from ESSEC Business School, and certifications in coaching from The Coaches Training Institute and Teachers College, Columbia University. She also holds a Global Executive Coaching Certificate from HEC Paris.
