Elton Calixto

Elton Calixto is a professional in the field of information security with over 10 years of experience spanning both Blue and Red team areas.

During his 6-year tenure at the Military Police of the State of São Paulo, Elton implemented new security technologies in the PMESP Datacenter including Firewall, IPS/IDS, Proxy, DNS, VPN, SIEM, Wireless, and Pentest of WEB API and Mobile applications.

Currently, Elton is the Security and Infrastructure lead at I3Security, where he leverages his expertise in security frameworks such as CIS20, VPN, SIEM, EDR, WAF, DLP, PAM, vulnerability management, BACEN regulations, business impact analysis (BIA), Azure, AWS, employee training and awareness, Cyber Threat Intelligence, as well as policy and process implementations.

He actively contributes to business-focused observability and infrastructure, specializing in cloud topology development and perimeter security analysis.

Elton's skills also encompass CI/CD integration, Terraform for infrastructure as code, SAST/DAST, threat modeling, Docker, and Kubernetes.

In his role, Elton coordinates and supports security and infrastructure analysts, manages KPIs/OKRs, designs roadmaps, and oversees tool costs and operations.

Elton pursued a Specialization in Cyber Threat Intelligence and an Executive MBA in Information Security Management at DARYUS.

His professional journey includes roles as a Security Engineer at i3Security, former Head of Cyber Security & Privacy at Docway, and former Senior Cyber Security Analyst at Ziva Tecnologia e Soluções.
