Before Forma, Elston worked with EthAum Venture Partners as a mentor, Wild Matters SG as a consultant, Antler as an entrepreneur, honestbee as Special Projects, and Qourier as a co-founder and CEO. Prior to these roles, Elston worked with UPS for several years in various customer solutions and supervisory roles in the AsiaPac region.
