Elsa Prouillac has a solid 12-year background in supporting Consumer Products and Retail clients to enhance value creation and drive organizational transformation.

Her expertise lies in Commercial Transformation, Revenue Growth Strategy, and E-commerce, with experience in diverse settings ranging from large corporations to SMEs, and from strategy projects to extensive transformation initiatives across Europe and emerging markets.

Elsa is passionate about team leadership, guiding teams through challenges with a positive outlook, and is known for her driven, result-oriented nature that thrives on embracing constant change.

She holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), a Bachelor's degree in European Management from Lancaster University, and a Bachelor's degree in European Management from NEOMA Business School.

Currently, Elsa serves as an Associate Partner focusing on Consumer, Retail & Luxury goods at EY-Parthenon. Previously, she held roles as a Senior Consultant at Greenwich Consulting, Senior Auditor at PwC, and Advisor at Mazars.
