Seasoned private banker responsible for managing a book of business consisting of both consumer and business banking clients. Responsible for all client banking needs ranging from deposit accounts, lending services, cash management/treasury, to investment management. Strong emphasis in Relationship Banking to provide a high-touch superior service experience. Areas of expertise include but not limited to Family Office, Private Equity/Venture Capital, Professional Services, and Commercial and Residential Real Estate Management.

Senior Preferred Banker

• Successfully managed multiple levels of branches ranging in total deposits from $18 million to $250 million. Able to increase EOY performance level ranking in each branch an average of 3-4 levels.
• Served as a client relationship manager for all Chase Private Clients assigned to my branch, which includes both business clients as well as consumer segments with $2 million and above in net assets.
• Collaborated with Financial Advisors and Investment Managers to successfully onboard clients into the Chase Private Client Segment, while creating processes to effectively create other opportunities for other partners.
• Generate revenue through the fostering of client relationships by acting as an advisor, proactively finding ways for my clients to grow their financial assets as well as deepen their relationship with Chase.
• Ensured that the branch performed at a high level and that relationship bankers provided the same guidance and drive to earn the trust of their assigned book of business as well expand it through new household acquisition.
• Facilitated monthly staff meetings and to ensure that staff is aware to all changes that are occurring within our business. Communicate company objectives to staff and maintain a clear understanding of branch goals.
• Led client meetings and ensured that all client question concerns, or future goals were met through effective meeting summarization. Information would then be relayed to any other partners that could bring value to the client’s relationship.
• Successfully developed and cultivated long-term business and consumer relationships which ensured branch sales growth and customer retention.
• Presented monthly business reviews to leadership teams at both a District and Regional level regarding branch performance metrics
• Managed teams of up 25 staff members. Conducted mid-year and year end performance reviews for all staff and also presented to District Managers and Market Mangers prior to delivery.

Vice President - Branch Manager

• Produced high quality loans that met Wachovia Home Mortgage guidelines by building relationships with realtors, builders, financial professionals, bank branches, past customers and other nontraditional sources, while providing excellent customer service.
• Led monthly staff meetings to discuss current mortgage pipeline and also discuss best practices among other mortgage officers.
• Developed knowledge of company products, policies and procedures, and underwriting requirements.
• Analyzed detailed financial and credit data, matching customer needs with an appropriate loan program in order to help clients save money as well as advise of any ways to pay off their mortgage in shorter time period.
• Organized and led first time homebuyers seminar to drive application pipelines and increase month over month funding.
