Working at Intellinx provided me with an opportunity to be a part of a brilliant development team, working on innovative, ground-breaking solutions to in the Intelligence and Insider Threat worlds, dealing with technological, as well as regulatory compliance challenges.

The Intellinx solution suite spans a wide range of systems, network protocols and environments, databases and operating systems.

I was in charge of three teams: Software Quality Assurance, Customer and Professional Services Support, and Technical Communication.
The position required me to coordinate between these teams, the rest of the R&D group, and the pre-and-post sale efforts.
I took part in promoting the company - starting with professional trade conventions, initial meetings and presentations, through the RFI, RFP and POC processes, all the way to successful implementations and satisfied clients.

In my first position at Intellinx I was working in various fields related to the customer-oriented view of the product, from checking the software, through developing general and training documentation, implementing the installation at the client's site, training the client's personnel, and supporting the usage of the product in production environments.
