Elon Svicero is a highly accomplished agricultural specialist with a vast array of relevant experience. He is an Engineer in Agronomy, with a degree from the prestigious ESCOLA SUPERIOR DE AGRICULTURA LUIZ DE QUEIROZ - ESALQ - USP, and has subsequently also studied specialized courses such as MANEJO DE PASTAGENS E NUTRIÇÃO DE BOVINOS and ESPECIALIZAÇÃO EM PROTEÇÃO DE PLANTAS.

Mr. Svicero has worked with some of the most prominent firms in the agriculture industry, including Milenia, Rhodia Agro, and Dow AgroSciences. He has served in several capacities, including commercial director, sales manager, research and development leader, market development specialist, and sales representative. His work in these positions included supporting and guiding technical teams while maintaining relationships with clients, discovering new markets, and driving company growth.

Elon Svicero also holds an MBA in Business Management from the Fundação Dom Cabral, giving him business acumen that complements his technical expertise. He has an extensive knowledge of the agriculture industry, including market trends, crop management, and crop protection.
