Elmar Unterhaslberger

Elmar Unterhaslberger is a highly experienced HR Business Partner with extensive knowledge of multiple regulated industries, including Joint Commission, OSHA, ONA, AFSCME, IUOE. Elmar holds an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts from Riehl College in Duesseldorf, Germany. He has worked in corporate and agency settings, covering hard-to-fills, mass recruiting, deployments/refresh, contract, contract-to-hire, and perm positions, college career fairs, nationwide recruiting, remote, and virtual operations. Elmar is a fluent speaker of both English and German languages.

Prior to working as an HR Business Partner at UC Health, Elmar was previously employed as an HR Recruiter at UC Health and Technical Recruiter at Ascendum Solutions IT. He has also worked as a Pomeroy IT-Getronics Human Resources Corporate Recruiter, Sort Lead at DHL Express Inc., and Branch Manager & Staffing Recruiter, Trainer, Business Development, at One Force Staffing.
