Ellwyn Tan

Ellwyn Tan is a co-founder and Head of Business of BagoSphere, a workforce development company based in the Philippines. He studied at The Chinese High School and Hwa Chong Junior College before completing his Minor in Technopreneurship at Fudan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at National University of Singapore. Ellwyn strives to tackle the increasing job-skill mismatch between youths and the evolving nature of work by developing their critical human skills through BagoSphere, which helps young talents develop skills such as positive mindsets, communication, and critical thinking. His passion for preparing youth to be future-ready is evident through BagoSphere's awards from MIT-Solve, Ashoka, Globe Telecom, the National University of Singapore, UBS, and the Julius Baer Foundation, and feature on The Stanford Social Innovation Review, Devex, and The Guardian. Ellwyn is an Obama Leader: Asia Pacific and Philip Yeo Innovations Fellow, driven to develop the next generation of talent for the next generation of businesses.
