Elliott Polanchyck

Elliott Polanchyck is an Associate at Greystone Unique Apartment Group, a division of Unique Properties, Inc, where he collaborates with Managing Directors Kevin Higgins and Philip Dankner on business development and Investment Sales for Multi-Family properties in the Denver Metro area.

With a background in Economics and Business from the University of Colorado Boulder and the University of Oklahoma, Elliott excels in researching valuable properties, analyzing investments, and facilitating acquisitions and dispositions for multi-family properties.

Prior to his current role, Elliott has gained experience in Investment Services and Real Estate Transactions at Prologis, and as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch where he also held roles as a Development Analyst and Intern.

Additionally, Elliott has honed his skills in Marketing and Business Development through internships at Zilo International Group and has demonstrated his dedication to the industry by serving as the Director Associate at Greystone Unique Apartment Group at Unique Properties, Inc.
