Ellen Waller, a PHR certified Talent leader, with extensive experience in organizational growth, recruiting, employee relations, and performance management within healthcare organizations and the tech industry has been appointed as Recruiting Manager, Remote Engineering at Facebook. Ellen is well-versed in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, fostering positive employee relations, and handling complex employee issues.
