Ellen Morehead is a seasoned business development professional with a passion for connecting people, companies, and civic leaders with strategic solutions to help them scale their dreams. Ellen holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Marylhurst University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Education/Teaching of Individuals in Early Childhood Special Education Programs from Gonzaga University. With expertise in building solid relationships and strategic partnerships, Ellen has founded the Rainmaker Development Group after serving in different leadership positions in companies like Innovare AI, Integration Engineers, Tenfold Ventures, Scratch-it, Sadie, and Pagatim Companies. Her career began as an early intervention therapist at Easterseals Hawaii and later as a Local Organizing Intern at The Fellowship of Reconciliation. Ellen is a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and she is always willing to learn and share her knowledge to help others succeed.
