Ellen She/Her/Hers

Ellen McDonald is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in areas such as management, training, teaching, strategic planning, and communications. With a Master's degree from the School for International Training and a Bachelor's degree from Grinnell College, Ellen has a strong academic foundation. Throughout her career, she has held roles such as Publicist at various prestigious organizations including the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts, Kansas City Repertory Theatre, Lyric Opera Of Kansas City, Kansas City Ballet, and The Caring Program where she also served as the Executive Director. Ellen has also contributed to education as a Guest Faculty Instructor at Grinnell College and an Associate Faculty at Park University's Hauptmann Graduate School for Public Affairs. Currently, she is the Co-Owner and Consultant at Mershon & McDonald, LLC, where she continues to demonstrate her expertise in areas such as capacity building, strategic planning, and executive leadership development.
