Ellen M. Aichelmann is an energetic and empathetic individual with a strong passion for business, travel, team coaching, and women's empowerment.

She holds a Master of Business Administration from the iMBA Program at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of International Business in Hospitality & Tourism Management from César Ritz Colleges Switzerland.

Ellen has held several significant roles in prestigious organizations including serving as the Assistant Director Of Sales - Corporate at Rosewood Abu Dhabi, and previously as the Assistant Director of Sales - International Events & Groups / MICE at Grand Kempinski Hotel Shanghai.

She has also been actively involved in various capacities such as being on the Board of Directors for Membership at IPWS - International Professional Women's Society and holding positions like Senior Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Management Trainee, and Assistant in sales and hospitality roles at renowned establishments like Kempinski Hotel Beijing Lufthansa Center, Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme, Royal Plaza Montreux & Spa, and Soho House Group.
