Ellen Greaves

Ellen Lempereur Greaves is a seasoned Head of Program Operations adept at blending people, processes, and products for optimal results. With a strong inclination towards continual learning and a growth mindset, Ellen excels in dynamic startup environments.

Her core competencies lie in People Management, Project Management, Learning Design, Strategy Execution, and Communication. She firmly believes in the significance of not just the 'what' but also the 'how' and 'why' behind our actions.

Ellen pursued her academic interests by obtaining an MA in Peace Education from Universidad para la Paz and a BA in English with a minor in Applied Mathematics from Lehigh University.

Throughout her career, Ellen has held pivotal roles at various organizations. She served as the Director of Digital Learning & Operations and previously as the Head of Program & Learning Operations at Life is Good Playmakers. Prior to that, she held positions such as Program Trainer & Creative Manager at the same organization.

Ellen's professional journey also includes stints as a Project Manager for International Operations at Facing History and Ourselves, Education Program Coordinator at Rose F. Kennedy Greenway Conservancy, and Volunteer on the Editorial Review Board at New Prosperity Initiative.

Her diverse experiences extend to being a Graduate Student at Universidad Para La Paz, Program Assistant at the Center for Democracy in the Americas, English Teaching Fellow at Fulbright Commission in Argentina, and Teaching Fellow at the Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics program at Harrison Morton Middle School.
