Ellen holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree from Tel Aviv University, a Bachelor's degree from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from The Evergreen State College, showcasing her commitment to education and knowledge acquisition.

Throughout her career, Ellen has held several key roles including Founder & CEO at Evergreen Activewear, where she has exhibited outstanding leadership and entrepreneurial skills.

Prior to her current role, Ellen garnered experience as the Founder and CEO of Greater Good Events, Director of Community Events and Educational Programming at Israeli American Council (IAC), Events and Rentals Manager at Congregation Beth Elohim, Sales and Marketing Manager at Neta Wolpe Jewelry, as well as other significant positions that have contributed to her well-rounded expertise.

Ellen's professional journey also includes a role as Property Management Assistant at Bluestone & Hockley Real Estate Services and Onsite Administrative and Development Director at Rising Child Nepal Foundation, demonstrating her versatility and adaptability in varied work environments.
