Elle Kang

She is currently pursuing dual degrees, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Stanford GSB and a Master in Public Administration (MPA) in International Development at Harvard Kennedy School, focusing on the intersection of technology and global work engagement.

With her extensive professional background, Elle has worked as a Program Manager at Google.org, managing impact assessment and grant-making for small business empowerment projects.

She also held the position of Head of Growth at Alter Global, a venture capital fund, overseeing global expansion strategies and initiatives.

During her tenure at McKinsey & Company, Elle contributed to establishing the firm's Social Responsibility practice and provided strategic guidance to various clients from governmental, non-profit, and private sectors.

Elle Kang has a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service with a concentration in International Economics from Georgetown University.
