Ella Frankland

Ella Frankland is an experienced talent acquisition professional who served as the Recruiting Manager EMEA at Zscaler from June 2021 to December 2022.1 In this role, she was responsible for building, scaling, and managing a team of highly experienced recruiters for all non-sales roles in the EMEA region.1 Her duties included partnering with regional leaders to scale teams across EMEA and developing recruiting strategies to meet the company's needs during a period of hypergrowth.1
