I worked with clients, empowering them to succeed in their own organizations with the help of Trivantis solutions. I provided training, support, help articles, and other services to our clients using Lectora, CourseMill, ReviewLink, and CenarioVR. My role was to see the client through from their initial trial, to implementing their new solution, to delivering a finished product to their learners. Inside Trivantis I provided Sales product training as well as training and support for our CRM (NetSuite). I also worked with the marketing team to help ensure that sales, marketing, and finance systems all integrate smoothly.

I was part of the inaugural holiday variety troupe at Cincinnati Museum Center. Our small group of performers performed traditional music and original sketches for  visitors of all ages during one of the museum center's busiest seasons. We performed up to eight times a day, six days a week, through the winter holiday season.

I managed the Lancôme counter at my local department store. My job was to match each client with products that fit her lifestyle and gave her confidence. As a manager I planned special events, tracked sales and product trial follow-ups, and provided product training for part-time employees both at my counter and in the fragrance department. While at Carson's I worked with Loss Prevention to define and streamline security best practices in the cosmetics department. I managed a database of more than one hundred current and former clients. I also worked with community partners for in-store events such as Genes Day to benefit St Jude Children's Research Hospital and the Goodwill Sale to benefit our local Goodwill stores.
