Elizabeth (Liz) Seal

Elizabeth Seal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Business Administration and Management, General. She studied a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree at Principia College. A visionary leader with a passion for excellence, Elizabeth knows that effective leadership is all about mobilizing meaning. According to her, leaders emerge by framing experiences in a way that provides the basis for action. Elizabeth's corporate journey began as a Director of Telecommunications at American Bar Association. She then moved on to become an ADVANCED & EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES ANALYST at the University of Chicago. From driving NERC CIP Compliance projects at Exelon to working as a Compliance Manager at Computer Sciences Corporation, Elizabeth's journey is nothing short of impressive. She has also worked as a Consultant - IT Security Governance & Strategy at Accenture and as a Consultant - IT Security GLBA Risk Assessor - Information Protection Program at BMO Harris Bank. Elizabeth's skills and knowledge are diverse, and she has a wealth of experience with change management, project management, and risk consulting.

Currently, Elizabeth is the VP, Global Risk Business Program Mgr., Fixed Income FICC Technology at Bank of America, where she is devoted to delivering value through technology solutions. In every role she takes up, Elizabeth strives to create more significant impact by sharing her knowledge and guiding others toward success.
