Elizabeth Roberts is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business administration and management, communication arts, and sign language interpreting. She holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Robert Kennedy College/University of Wales, a BA in Communication Arts from Austin College, and an AAS in Sign Language Interpreting from Dallas College.

Elizabeth is the Global Head of Information Management at Ericsson, where she leads strategic initiatives and manages the flow of information between departments. Prior to her current position, Elizabeth served as Director of Business & Competitive Intelligence (Global) and Director of Business and Competitive Intelligence (North America) at Ericsson, where she was responsible for analyzing market trends and providing valuable insights to senior executives.

Before joining Ericsson, Elizabeth worked as a Library Assistant and Secretary III in the academic and public sectors. She also held summer roles as Senior Library Assistant and Page in the City of Irving and City of Garland, respectively.
