Elizabeth Riles

Elizabeth Riles is a highly experienced employment lawyer and mediator with a vast array of skills and knowledge in various aspects of business law. She holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Berkeley- School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology from Stanford University. She has dedicated her career to providing sound advice and representation to small businesses and employees in employment litigation matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and wage disputes. Elizabeth also has a mediation practice where she resolves various disputes, including personal injury cases, slip and falls, auto accidents, and defamation. At Bohbot & Riles, P.C., she is the managing shareholder, owner, and mediator. Before her current position, Elizabeth worked at various law firms as an associate, including Kerosky & Bradley, Brobeck Phleger & Harrison LLP, and Jackson, Tufts, Cole & Black, LLP.
