Elizabeth Powers is a skilled professional with a background in business development, retail leasing and sales, investment, and marketing.

Currently, she holds the position of Manager, Business Development at ARod Corp where she focuses on creating long-term value by leveraging customer relationships and market opportunities.

Prior to her role at ARod Corp, Elizabeth gained valuable experience in leasing and selling retail assets in the South Florida markets.

During her time as an Investment Associate at Franklin Street, she leveraged her retail experience and local market knowledge to establish herself as a leader in the South Florida retail space.

Elizabeth also served as a Marketing Consultant at EP Marketing, where she played a key role in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies for small businesses.

Her impressive track record includes the execution and sale of over $25 million worth of retail properties and contributing to the sale of a $3.5 million portfolio consisting of 132 multifamily units in 2018.

She pursued her education at Florida State University, where she studied Editing, Writing, and Media/Communications, earning Bachelor's degrees in these fields.
