Elizabeth Nardi

Elizabeth Nardi is a highly educated individual with a diverse background in Biology, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Sciences, and Business Management.

She studied Biology and behavior of the olive ridley sea turtle in Ostional, Costa Rica, and also pursued a Bachelor of Science in Holistic Veterinary Medicine, Animal Sciences, and Entrepreneurship/Business Management.

Her educational journey includes attending The School for Field Studies, University of Vermont, and Mt Greylock Regional High School.

Throughout her career, Elizabeth has held key roles in various organizations, including serving as the CEO of Organically Grown Company.

She has also worked in Operations Leadership and Store Management positions at New Seasons Market, showcasing her expertise in leadership and retail operations.

Elizabeth Nardi has a strong foundation in legislative affairs, having worked as a Legislative Staff Assistant for Senator Patrick Leahy in the United States Senate.

Her experience extends to project management roles at the Center for Food Safety and the Pure Food Campaign, reflecting her dedication to food advocacy and safety.

In addition, she has a background in animal welfare, with previous roles as an Adoption Counselor, Animal Care Technician, and Front End Manager in various organizations.

Elizabeth's passion for activism and organic food led her to roles such as East Coast Activist & Activities Coordinator and Project Manager at The Pure Food Campaign and Organic Consumers Association.

With a well-rounded background spanning biology, veterinary medicine, business management, and advocacy, Elizabeth Nardi brings a unique perspective to her professional endeavors.
