Elizabeth Murphy

Elizabeth Murphy is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in the field of education and libraries.

She holds an EdD in Education Administration from St. John's University, a Certificate from the National Center for Education Statistics, and a Certificate from the HERS Summer Institute at Bryn Mawr College.

Her educational qualifications also include an MLS in Library & Information Science and a BA in American Studies, both from St. John's University.

Elizabeth Murphy currently serves as the Executive Director of Libraries at St. Joseph's College in New York, where she oversees library operations and services.

Previously, she held the position of Director at Callahan Library at St. Joseph's College, bringing a wealth of experience to her role.

In addition to her work at St. Joseph's College, Elizabeth Murphy has a background in academia, having served as the School Library Program Coordinator and Adjunct Associate Professor at St. John's University Division of Library & Information Science.

Her expertise also extends to her previous role as the Associate Director of Library & Information Science at St. John's University, where she contributed significantly to the growth and development of the program.
