Elizabeth (Libby) MacFarlane is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in the healthcare and product management sectors.

Libby holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Duke University's The Fuqua School of Business, where she also earned a Master of Science in Global Health. She completed her undergraduate studies at Wellesley College, majoring in Economics and Environmental Studies.

With a strong academic foundation, Libby has excelled in various leadership roles throughout her career. She currently serves as the Senior Director of Product at Level2, where she leverages her expertise to drive innovation and strategic growth.

Prior to her current role, Libby was the Chief Executive Officer of the Maitland Surgery Center at Surgical Care Affiliates, showcasing her proficiency in executive management within the healthcare industry.

Her professional journey includes serving as the Director of the Optum Leadership Experience (OLE) Rotation Program at UnitedHealth Group and gaining valuable experience as a Global Product Strategy MBA Summer Intern in Strategic Insights & Analysis at Genentech.

Libby's commitment to global health and community engagement is evident through her involvement as a Vice President and Founding Board Member of HeartMind International. She also contributed her skills as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Duke Global Health Institute and as a Global Health Trustees Fellow with the International Honors Program at World Learning.
