Sales and Marketing Director

As a core member of the executive team, I oversee the marketing team, business sales team, and home security division of MCTV. My focus is to develop strategic plans for communications, marketing, and sales across all services to drive sales growth and continuously improve internal and external communications. 

This role also provides the opportunity for me to collaborate across departments to develop and implement new policies and procedures that streamline and optimize efforts that promote growth in the company's culture and sales. I Increased Internet sales each year by optimizing budgets with strategic and targeted outreach. 

While at MCTV, I have restructured the marketing and business departments from ground up. During this time, I professionalized the departments and maximize output with a structured approach to provide employees with clear direction and roles to contribute in a team atmosphere. 

I am an innovative thought leader who empowers management teams and all staff by optimizing processes, encouraging flexibility, and creating hands-on experiences to get results.

Develop strategy and tactics, implement and execute marketing activities, manage the day-to-day activities for all advertising outlets, oversee development and approval of all marketing and communications pieces, lead internal communications, supervise sales programs and generate reporting metrics.
