Spearhead client's employee referral campaigns, establishing repeatable processes for annual execution and enhancing employee engagement.
Elevate client's recruiting brand by rebranding and updating platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed, increasing employer visibility and attracting top talent.
Manage a team of five to optimize talent acquisition functions for clients with 575+ employees, fostering collaboration and achieving project goals.
Track project hours and budget utilization, identify opportunities for additional projects, and provide regular updates to senior leadership, including the Chief People Officer and CEO.

Assist in executing the 2015 Biennial of the Americas in Denver. Each internship position will integrate work experience with intellectual and professional development.  Experience the day-today operations of a non-profit and work on topics related to the Western Hemisphere while also supporting local industries. Help with tasks associated with presenting a large-scale, international event, the interactions within a professional workplace and the fostering of relationships among key stakeholders.
    The Generation NOW! Lead Interns will supervise other interns and volunteers tasked with the Generation NOW! portion of the Ideas programming. The main theme of the 2015 Biennial of the Americas is NOW!, and the opening week— July 14-18, 2015—will be a week-long examination of the transformational times in which we live. 
    The Ideas interns work with the Ideas Coordinator and the Ideas Director to research topics and participants relevant to the 2015 Biennial theme as well as any additional information or connections that may be of importance to executing a successful Ideas Program. Interns will gain skills in research, communication, operations and data management.
