Elizabeth Fisher

Elizabeth Fisher is the Chief Talent Officer at The Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA). In her role, she directs the Mandel Center for Leadership Excellence, focusing on developing a comprehensive talent strategy across the Federation system. This strategy aims to strengthen the professional leadership pipeline and enhance professional development opportunities within the Jewish community.

Before her current position, Fisher served as the Executive Director of Amplifier and held various advisory roles, showcasing her extensive experience in social and economic development and management. She is recognized for her commitment to improving leadership within the Jewish communal field, particularly through initiatives supported by significant grants, such as a recent $9.5 million grant from the Mandel Foundation aimed at enhancing professional training and recruitment efforts.135
