- Spearheaded the launch of an audiovisual design and Integration business line, securing dealerships and distribution agreements with 35+ manufacturers of commercial audio visual equipment.  Subsequently grew audio visual practice group 500% in four-year span.• Facilitated expansion of firm’s primary service from engineering outsourcing (at inception) to now include project based design and construction administration of technology infrastructure. • Guided operational deployment of several international projects in Sao Paulo, Rio, Buenos Aires, Santiago and Mexico City including, but not limited to securing international insurance policies (umbrella liability, professional liability, global workers compensation, kidnap/ransom) business travel VISAS for employees, establishing local partnerships with audiovisual contractors, low voltage contractors and electrical contractors.   • Established relationships with freight forwarders and customs agents to ensure successful importation of equipment.  Negotiated subcontractor agreements with local partners and maintained relationships for day two work.• Launched a centralized OPS team to migrate all operational aspects of project delivery to a centralized team reporting into CEO for increased transparency into operational effectiveness.

Operations Manager

- Presented and won RFP to provide Fortune 500 clientele with contract technical staff for Helpdesk support, competing against significantly larger firms.  Managed the recruiting, onboarding and management of 18-month contract for 25 contract workers.• Responsible for day to day firm-wide operations such as payroll, billing, HR administration, contract review, etc.• Responded to all RFPs and RFIs for all new business opportunities•Created and implemented project status reporting process and format across clients and disciplines
