Elizabeth Daggert is a versatile and accomplished leader with over 25 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, and management. Her passion for creating compelling software, building inclusive cultures, and developing individuals has driven her to success in roles that have spanned the gamut from creating her own startup to leading large development teams at Microsoft and Ericsson. Elizabeth's education includes a degree in Astronautical Engineering from the University of Washington, and her career highlights include being a key part of multi-disciplinary teams that delivered nine brand-new products to market, as well as seven additional releases of new versions in existing product lines. She has also helped design and launch an autonomous microgravity centrifuge experiment that flew on the space shuttle Endeavor. Elizabeth currently serves as the VP of Engineering at GuideSpark, where she leads teams to bring strategic unknowns to knowns, while simplifying the technically complex to create organization-wide alignment. In her leadership roles, Elizabeth emphasizes a foundation of respect, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement, enabling her teams to achieve outstanding outcomes.
