In 2021 Mindbody raised $500,000,000 / Private Equity from Sixth Street and acquired ClassPass

 I led the non-US Talent Acquisition function hiring across Europe and Australia. 
 
•	Managing a team of 3 recruiters and collaborating with global teams at all levels, planning closely with the MD of each region and Senior HR Director. 
•	Successfully scaled Sales teams in Sydney and London, including SDR, Sales Reps, Team Leads and building out a new Enterprise Sales team in London- acting as Sales hiring Lead. 
•	Effectively integrated ClassPass teams into Mindbody's hiring processes within 60 days of acquisition.
•	Streamlined Recruitment processes in the UK and AU by reallocating support duties to India, allowing regional recruiters to focus on strengthening relationships and filling roles more efficiently

I am most proud of hiring all the Sales people we needed in 2018/2019 (30+ hires) as well as our Head of Customer Support for EMEA.  
Biggest challenge was managing the transition to the Vista Equity portfolio, with a new ATS, new processes including CCAT assessment and ambitious Direct Hiring targets with a small team

Working with hiring managers and HR regarding temp workforce planning

Co-ordinating recruitment for live roles via our Direct sourcing channels on-site, as well as Hays brand consultants and external agencies.
