Élise Proulx

Elise Proulx is a seasoned communication and public affairs professional who has worked for various organizations in Canada. With an impressive educational background in public relations, governance, and executive management, Proulx has gained valuable experience in driving organizational growth through diverse strategies for driving business communication and government relations.

Proulx has held several high-profile roles over the years, including serving as Directrice of Communications for Hydro Québec, one of Canada's leading energy providers. She also worked as Vice President of Communications, Government Affairs and Relations with Indigenous Peoples, Hydro Québec. Proulx also served as the Vice-Chair of the Board for the Canadian Hydropower Association.

She currently serves as the Vice-Présidente exécutive for Affaires Publiques, Communication et Cheffe de Cabinet at Ivanhoé Cambridge, where she oversees Communication, Public Affairs and Cabinet operations.
