Elisabeth Tafelmeyer is an accomplished HR executive and organizational development consultant with a diverse and impressive background. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Development & Human Resources from Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy & Economics from Universität Bayreuth / University of Bayreuth. She has also completed a Change Manager, Systemic Organizational Development and Change Management program at isb GmbH Systemische Professionalität.
Tafelmeyer has worked with various organizations where she has held leadership roles in HR, organizational development, coaching, and communication. She has served as Head of HR at Piktochart, Automobili Pininfarina and Ryte, while also holding a position as HR Consultant Business Intelligence/Big Data at MINT Solutions GmbH. Tafelmeyer has also been an Advisory Board Member at Serendipia, a Techstars '20 participant.
At Tafelmeyer Change Consulting, she provided executive coaching, leadership, and organizational development services. She also worked as an Organizational Development Consultant, Communication and Executive Coach at Antalis Verpackungen GmbH. As Teamlead Content, Branding & Communication, and Teamlead Recruiting at MINT Solutions GmbH, Tafelmeyer managed both the content and talent acquisition effort.
