Elisa Spencer-Kaplan is an experienced senior executive in the non-profit arts industry, with a 20-year career leading organizations to mission-driven success and growth. She holds an Arts Administration Master's degree from the Yale School of Drama and has deep expertise in leadership, strategic planning, project management, team building, budgeting and financial management, fundraising, marketing and communications. Spencer-Kaplan has served in various leadership roles, including Managing Director at Garden Theatre Inc., Executive Director at The Acting Company, Managing Director at Shattered Globe Theatre, and Associate Director at The America-Israel Cultural Foundation, among others.
