Elisa Pluhar, MA

Elisa Pluhar is a dedicated individual with a passion for making a positive impact in the world. Her background is enriched with experience in non-profit management, public media, and the theater arts. Elisa holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Nonprofit Management from Hamline University and a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication-Theater Arts from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.

Throughout her career, Elisa has taken on various roles in different organizations. She has served as the Chief Development & Communications Officer as well as the Development and Communications Director at the Neighborhood Development Center. Additionally, Elisa has experience as the Senior Manager of Individual Giving at Public Radio International and has held positions such as Treasurer at Durkee Atwood Condo Association, Annual Fund & Donor Information Manager at Public Radio International, Donor & Community Relations Manager at YWCA of St. Paul, Development Assistant at YouthLink MN, and Administrative Assistant at Wells Fargo.

Elisa is known for her dedication to social causes, her love for the theater, and her enthusiasm for public media. Currently, she spends her days at NDC_MN, where she continues to contribute to the non-profit sector and work towards her goal of creating a better world.
