Elisa Lau

Elisa Lau is the Head of Customer Success and Business Operations at Planted, a position she has held since the company's inception, making her the first employee. She is based in the New York City Metropolitan Area.

Lau began her career in finance, starting as a Summer Analyst at Merck in 2006 and then working at Barclays Capital in a similar role in 2007. She has since transitioned into customer success and business operations, leveraging her financial background in her current role at Planted.132
