Renewals Sales Manager presso Trend Micro

Managing renewal opportunities for accounts > 500 employees
Main duties are:
- contacting  proactively channel partners, distributors and customers to ensure the highest possible renewal and retention rate, preparing and sending quotes prior to maintenance contracts expiration.
- Helping to generate upsell/cross sell opportunities in collaboration with Regional Account Managers
- Ensuring that all customer renewal issues are dealt with appropriately
- Guaranteeing that all data is accurate and managed correctly in the CRM system
- Coordination of Weekly Pipeline, Forecast Process and supporting the team in daily sales activities

- Handle inbound and outbound pre-sales communications with customers and partners in an effort to reduce the sales cycle and drive revenue for Check Point
- Track and measure daily sales goals via Salesforce database.
- Build and maintain accurate account information in the CRM system

Main responsabilities are:
- Qualification of leads for potential customers received from direct mail campaigns, website or other marketing programs
- Consultation with prospective customers on their current and future business needs, identifying the decision maker
- Cold calling and telemarketing activities within scheduled timeframes to find new opportunities
- Provide feedback to marketing on the success of campaigns through reports
- Set meetings/conference calls for the sales team, to understand customer needs and requirements
- Constantly maintain and develop the installed base with relevant contacts.
