Elisa Baek

Elisa Baek is a highly educated and experienced professional in the field of communication neuroscience. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Communication, Philosophy from University of Pennsylvania's Annenberg School for Communication, where she conducted research in topics such as information diffusion, mentalizing, and social influence. Prior to this, she had completed her undergraduate studies in Communication and Neuroscience, and a Masters in Communication from the same institution. Elisa also studied Journalism at Cardiff University in the United Kingdom.

Elisa has worked in various positions throughout her career, bringing her expertise in communication and neuroscience to different industries. She served as an Analyst, Client Consulting at Nielsen, where she advised clients on their media strategies based on market research data. She was also an Account Manager at Digital Media Solutions Group, where she worked on digital marketing strategies for clients. As a Marketing Account Executive and Intern at Promoting Group, she managed social media and email campaigns, as well as conducted market research. Her experience as a Social Media Fellow and Public Imaging Intern at The Institute of Cultural Inquiry, where she curated content for social media and assisted in organizing public events, reflects her interest and experience in the arts and culture. Elisa was also a former City Leader at the Global Autism Project and a Tutor at Top Learning Center, where she demonstrated her passion for providing support to individuals and communities.

Currently, Elisa is a Postdoctoral Researcher at University of Pennsylvania where she continues her research on communication neuroscience. Her expertise, skills, and interests cover various topics and industries, including market research, digital marketing, art and culture, and support for individuals and communities.
