Elis Matoso

Elis Matoso is a professional with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Universidade Federal do Paraná and an MBA in Tax Planning, Management, and Accounting from the Universidade Positivo.

With over a decade of experience in the field, Elis has been working in accounting and tax auditing since 2010 and transitioned to tax consultancy in 2013.

Currently serving as a Supervisor at AITAX Consultoria, the largest AI-driven Consultancy Startup in the country, Elis focuses on tax consultancy, specializing in tax reduction, tax planning for various industries, identifying opportunities, mapping tax and legal risks, corporate planning, restructuring, and asset protection.

Elis actively contributes to the development of technologies that accelerate tax processes through the use of artificial intelligence, engages in commercial processes, onboarding, sales, and customer success.

Aside from formal education, Elis has also acquired expertise in emotional intelligence and social competencies from Escola Conquer and advanced English language skills from Erin School of English in Ireland.

Elis has held key roles in prestigious organizations such as AiTAX as a Tax Supervisor, ROIT as a former Tax Senior Consultant, Martinelli Advogados as a former Tax Consultant, PwC Brasil as a former Tax Consultant, and Russell Bedford International as a former Senior Audit Analyst.
