His strategic direction led to increased traffic and revenue optimization, solidifying AMC’s position in the highly competitive cinema industry.
Prior to his pivotal role at AMC, Eliot played a crucial part in Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, where he served as a member of the Senior Leadership Team. With over 9,000 hotels in nearly 100 countries, Eliot's leadership spanned multiple positions, including EVP, Loyalty & Revenue Optimization, and SVP, Global Loyalty & Partnerships. His innovative approaches to customer engagement and strategic partnerships significantly contributed to the success of Wyndham’s award-winning loyalty program during his six-year tenure with the company.
