Elinor Turner

Elinor Turner is a highly accomplished professional currently serving as the Head of the EMEA Management Office at Oliver Wyman. In her capacity, she plays a crucial role in supporting the senior management team by spearheading various change initiatives and overseeing core business processes for the region and its individual markets.

Before assuming her current position, Elinor excelled as a consultant within the FS (Financial Services) practice at Oliver Wyman, eventually rising to the role of Engagement Manager in both the CIB (Corporate & Institutional Banking) and SITO (Strategic IT & Operations) domains.

Beyond her operational duties, Elinor serves as the Global co-Chair of Oliver Wyman's women's network, where she actively drives the development of new initiatives and activities aimed at fostering a more diverse and inclusive corporate culture within the organization.

Elinor boasts a strong educational background, holding a Master's degree in Physics from the prestigious University of Oxford and having pursued further studies such as a Certificate in Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School Online.
