Elian Kool is an entrepreneur with a strong technology background and a passion for building digital companies.

He co-founded Netcentric, a digital experience consultancy specialized on the Adobe Experience Cloud, which grew to over 600 employees in 7 countries across Europe.

Having sold Netcentric to Cognizant in 2017, Elian continued to lead the company as CEO until 2019, winning multiple partner of the year awards from Adobe.

As the Lead Investor of Gentian Investments, Elian actively invests in early-stage startups and serves on the boards of various companies like Sunflower Labs, Nomoko, Swiss Ocean Tech, and has been involved with Alaya and Ajila in the past.

His expertise extends across operational aspects, growth strategies, organizational challenges, and engineering setups for portfolio companies.

Prior to his current roles, Elian held positions such as CTO at VIU Eyewear, Co-Founder at Winemaker World SA, Head of Technology at Netcentric, CEO of Netcentric, Senior Solutions Architect at Logica Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG, Senior Consultant at namics (deutschland) gmbh, and Software Engineer at Acommit AG.
