Having hands-on experience in coding, product design, and team leadership, Elia has held various roles in startups, ranging from CEO to CTO, CPO, and interim positions like product manager and team lead.

His expertise spans strategic tech roles that bridge the gap between people and products, including aligning AI initiatives with business objectives, setting tech strategies, and spearheading customer development efforts to achieve product-market fit.

Elia Morling pursued a Master of Science degree in Engineering and Business Management from Linköping University and obtained Project Management Certification (IPMA-D) from the same institution.
