Eli Y. Meltzer, AIA, NCARB, is a seasoned architect based in New York with a passion for designing projects that thrive within constraints and tackle rising construction costs. With a strong belief in the power of efficiency from the earliest stages to project completion, Eli aims to unlock the economic and social potential of properties. Through a blend of confidence, creativity, and courage, Eli collaborates to craft simple yet captivating architecture that fosters a sense of community. With a rich educational background including a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Dartmouth College and a Masters of Architecture Magna Cum Laude from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Eli brings a holistic perspective to his designs. Currently serving as Principal at Meltzer/Mandl Architects. P.C., Eli leverages his experience as a former Project Architect at Kliment Halsband Architects and as an Architectural Designer at KPF, along with his time as a Visualizer and Draftsman at Meltzer/Mandl Architects, to deliver exceptional results in the complex New York development landscape.
