With a background in J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University, Eli brings a unique blend of legal expertise and technical knowledge to his work.

Having held various key positions at Epic, including Co-General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel, Acting General Counsel, and Corporate Counsel, Eli has demonstrated his proficiency in managing complex legal matters in the technology and healthcare sectors.

Eli's experience encompasses negotiating long-term relationships with both private and public sector healthcare entities, as well as providing strategic counsel on enterprise risk, stockholder issues, and corporate governance.
