Elena has a Master's Degree in Human Resources from the Russian Academy of Public Service, and a Master's Degree in Biology from Taurida 'V.I. Vernadskiy' National University. She's worked at some of the biggest companies in her field, including Sollers-Auto and NVision Group, where she served as the HR Director and Vice-President. Elena also served as the Deputy CEO of Информзащита and as a Feedback Coach at CCL.
